How a job runs
Survey or technical call: viewing distance, ambient light, wall, power, cable routes, network, content, landlord. Then a written spec — display, mount, player, CMS, install. Procurement, pre-configuration, install, test, train, handover. Display hardware is specified after the site survey, not before.
